Sodexo Live! is seeking an experienced Senior Cook to join our culinary team at a premium airline lounge inside Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while serving travelers from around the world in an upscale, first-class setting.

What You'll Do:

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality breakfast, lunch, dinner, and specialty menu items.
Execute recipes with consistency while maintaining exceptional flavor and presentation.
Produce both hot and cold dishes using classical and modern cooking techniques.
Assist with daily food prep, batch cooking, and production planning.
Maintain high standards for food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Support inventory management, receiving deliveries, and kitchen organization.
Operate kitchen equipment safely while following all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Assist kitchen leadership by mentoring and supporting other culinary team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen that exceeds health and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of professional culinary experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, airport lounges, or other high-volume kitchens preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
Excellent knife skills and experience with a variety of cooking methods.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support fellow cooks.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.

Requirements:

Ability to pass a TSA background check and drug screening.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed.
