Qualifications:
Must Have Open Availability:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum two years of professional culinary experience preferred.
- Experience preparing multiple menu items in a high-volume kitchen.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to read recipes and production sheets accurately.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Must successfully pass a TSA background investigation and airport badging process.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Your Responsibilities:
Culinary Excellence:
- Prepare and cook fresh breakfast, lunch, dinner, and specialty menu selections.
- Execute recipes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail.
- Prepare hot and cold menu items using professional culinary techniques.
- Ensure exceptional food quality, freshness, flavor, and presentation.
- Support seasonal menus and rotating chef-inspired offerings.
- Monitor food quality throughout service to ensure every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.
Kitchen Operations:
- Maintain organized and efficient workstations throughout each shift.
- Prepare ingredients through washing, cutting, portioning, seasoning, and cooking.
- Assist with receiving deliveries, inventory rotation, stocking, and food storage.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with culinary and lounge teams to ensure seamless service.
Food Safety & Compliance:
- Follow all HACCP, OSHA, TSA, Delta Sky Club, and Sodexo Live! food safety standards.
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness throughout all food preparation areas.
- Practice allergen awareness and proper food handling procedures.
- Participate in daily safety initiatives and operational training.
- Report any safety concerns immediately.

- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 40 pounds.
- Bend, reach, push, pull, and carry supplies throughout the shift.
- Work safely in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
