What You Bring:

2+ years of professional cooking experience
Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
Experience in upscale or hospitality-driven environments is a plus (hotels, lounges, catering, restaurants, private clubs)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and execute hot and cold menu items with consistency
Follow recipes and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Support buffet service and high-volume service periods
Contribute to a smooth, professional kitchen operation
