What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional cooking experience.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high‑volume kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and food safety.
- Experience in high-end hospitality is a plus (airlines, hotels, catered events, restaurants, private clubs).
- Dependable, team‑oriented, and attentive to detail.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold menu items.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient.
- Support buffet-style service and catering rushes during peak periods.
