Qualifications:

1–2 years of hospitality, food service, restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
Fine dining, upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, country club, airline lounge, or other premium hospitality experience is highly valued.
Strong guest-service and communication skills.
Professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor.
Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service.
Comfortable maintaining and replenishing premium buffet and dining areas.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing consistent service.
Must have open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must successfully complete required TSA background screening and airport badging requirements.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Sodexo Live! is seeking energetic, polished, and hospitality-focused Premium Lounge Attendants / Service Ambassadors to join our team supporting the Delta Sky Club at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Hospitality:

Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and attentive approach.
Provide prompt and courteous assistance throughout the lounge.
Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests.
Assist guests with food and beverage selections as appropriate.
Maintain a professional presence throughout guest-facing areas.
Help create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for travelers.
Communicate guest needs or concerns promptly to leadership.

Maintain a Premium Lounge Environment:

Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of buffet and dining areas.
Monitor and replenish food, beverages, utensils, napkins, plates, and service items.
Keep buffet displays clean, organized, attractive, and guest-ready.
Clear and reset tables promptly.
Clean and sanitize tables, counters, workstations, and service areas.
Monitor lounge areas throughout the shift and address cleanliness or presentation concerns quickly.
Assist with stocking food, beverages, and service supplies.
Support culinary and service teams during high-volume periods.
Assist with dishes, glassware, silverware, and utensils when operationally necessary.

Food Safety & Operational Standards:

Follow all Sodexo Live! food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
Complete required allergen and foodborne illness training.
Follow proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Maintain established workplace safety standards.
Report accidents, injuries, safety concerns, or hazards immediately.
Participate in required safety and operational training.
Follow established uniform, grooming, and appearance standards.
Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to:

Stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to 8 hours.
Frequently reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull.
Regularly lift and carry up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
Move throughout dining, buffet, kitchen, and service areas.
Work effectively in a fast-paced airport hospitality environment.
