Sodexo Live! is seeking hospitality-driven professionals to join the prestigious Delta Sky Club team at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. As a Premium Airport Lounge Attendant, you will help create a seamless, refined environment for travelers from around the globe. From maintaining immaculate lounge standards to delivering personalized guest interactions, you will play an important role in shaping the overall Delta Sky Club experience.
Candidates must successfully pass a TSA background check and be authorized to work in the United States.

What You’ll Do:
As a Premium Airport Lounge Attendant, you will serve as a frontline ambassador of the Delta Sky Club brand by delivering exceptional service standards and maintaining a polished lounge environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
- Maintain lounge cleanliness and presentation to premium hospitality standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests with urgency and discretion.
- Support elevated food and beverage service operations with attention to detail.
- Restock amenities, buffet stations, beverage areas, and service supplies throughout shifts.
- Clear, sanitize, and reset seating and dining areas efficiently.
- Support dishwashing, service ware sanitation, and back-of-house organization as needed.
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and operational readiness.
- Partner closely with culinary, operations, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold all TSA, airport, Delta Sky Club, Sodexo Live!, HACCP, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Attend required trainings, operational briefings, and service meetings.

- Luxury hospitality.
- Upscale restaurants or fine dining.
- Hotels and resorts.

- Concierge or VIP guest services.
- Airline, lounge, or travel hospitality experience.

Schedule & Availability:
- Flexible availability is required.
- (Full time and Part time available).
- Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential in an airport operations environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of two years of hospitality, customer service, or service industry experience preferred.
- Previous experience in premium or luxury environments strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
Working Environment:
- Climate-controlled premium lounge environment.
- Moderate to high guest volume during peak travel periods.
- Occasional exposure to varying temperatures while supporting airport operations.
