The Centurion Lounge offers an elevated hospitality experience where quality, consistency, presentation, and attention to detail are part of the standard. This opportunity is ideal for a culinary professional who is confident working in a high-volume kitchen and takes pride in preparing quality food for a discerning guest population.

If you have experience in a hotel, upscale restaurant, country club, private club, catering operation, healthcare environment, institutional kitchen, or other high-volume foodservice operation, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

As a Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and executing food items according to established recipes, production standards, and quality expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality, flavor, portioning, and presentation.
Complete daily food preparation and production according to business needs.
Execute recipes and standardized production procedures consistently.
Support high-volume service while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation.
Follow food safety, sanitation, temperature-control, and HACCP standards.
Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products.
Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members.
Assist with maintaining an efficient and professional kitchen operation.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a dependable culinary professional who can step into a fast-paced operation and contribute from day one.

Ideal candidates will have:

2+ years of professional cooking experience.
Experience in restaurants, hotels, country clubs, private clubs, catering, healthcare, institutional foodservice, or similar operations.
Strong understanding of fundamental cooking techniques and food preparation.
Experience following recipes and standardized production procedures.
Ability to maintain consistent food quality in a high-volume environment.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Candidates must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required. Reliability and consistent attendance are essential in our airport operation.
