Sodexo Live! is seeking a Host / Greeter to be the first impression within the Hawaiian Airlines Lounge. In this role, you will create a welcoming and seamless arrival experience for guests from around the world, setting the tone for a relaxing, premium lounge visit inspired by the spirit of aloha.
Your Impact:
As a Host / Greeter, you will:
- Welcome each guest with warmth, professionalism, and authentic hospitality.
- Manage guest flow and seating to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service throughout their visit.
- Support the overall lounge team in delivering a calm, clean, and elevated environment.
- Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and create a positive first impression upon arrival and departure.
- Manage waitlists and seating arrangements with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Escort guests and provide information about lounge amenities and services.
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming reception and seating areas.
- Assist with light service support, including beverage service and table resets as needed.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, escalating when appropriate.
- Maintain menu knowledge and communicate offerings or promotions.
- Support team members across the lounge to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest-facing roles preferred.
- Experience in upscale environments such as hotels, lounges, or resorts is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others.
- Flexible and reliable with the ability to work varied schedules.
Requirements:
- Must pass TSA background check and drug screening.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light physical tasks.
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
