What You'll Be Doing:

As a Utility Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the lounge operation.

Responsibilities include:

Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintaining clean, organized dish and service areas.
Supporting kitchen and service teams through stocking and organization.
Assisting with cleaning workstations, floors, and equipment.
Removing trash and recyclables safely and efficiently.
Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Your work directly supports the guest experience and helps ensure our team operates at the highest level every day.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and 40 pounds occasionally.
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
Comfortable working in varying kitchen temperatures.
