Schedule:
- Open availability preferred.
- Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Your Impact:
As a Buffet Runner / Food Service Worker, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and elevated lounge experience by:
- Supporting culinary and service teams with timely setup and replenishment of buffet stations.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked service areas.
- Ensuring all food displays meet quality and presentation standards.
- Contributing to a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and break down buffet and service stations.
- Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed.
- Ensure all items are attractively presented and meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all service areas and equipment.
- Assist with clearing tables and supporting overall lounge operations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and safety briefings.
- Communicate guest needs or operational concerns promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred.
- Experience in airport lounges, hotels, resorts, or high-volume environments is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Professional appearance with a friendly, service-focused attitude that reflects Hawaiian hospitality.
Requirements:
- Must successfully pass a TSA background check and drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
