QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food service, restaurants, hotels, commercial kitchens, dishwashing, utility, or janitorial services preferred.
  • Strong commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and food safety.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain reliable attendance.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting culinary and service teams.
  • Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must successfully complete required TSA background screening and airport badging requirements.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Sodexo Live! is seeking dependable, hardworking, and hospitality-focused Utility Workers / Dishwashers to join our team supporting the Delta Sky Club at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
In this role, you are an essential part of the guest experience. By keeping dishware, cookware, equipment, kitchens, and service areas clean and ready, you help our culinary and service teams consistently deliver the level of quality expected in a premium airport lounge.

Your Impact
As a Utility Worker / Dishwasher, you will help create an exceptional lounge experience by:
  • Providing culinary and service teams with clean and sanitized dishware, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, storage, and service areas.
  • Helping ensure the lounge remains operationally ready throughout service.
  • Responding quickly to the needs of culinary and hospitality teams.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness even during peak service periods.
  • Contributing to a professional, welcoming, and guest-focused environment.
  • Taking ownership of your work and understanding how your role impacts the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, serving utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual cleaning methods.
  • Maintain a steady supply of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware during high-volume service periods.
  • Clean and sanitize workstations, food preparation areas, refrigerators, storage areas, and kitchen equipment.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen, dishwashing, and service areas as required
  • Remove trash, recycling, and waste and transport materials to designated disposal areas.
  • Restock cleaning, kitchen, and sanitation supplies.
  • Assist with receiving, transporting, storing, and organizing inventory and supplies.
  • Support kitchen setup, breakdown, and operational readiness throughout each shift.
  • Follow established food safety, sanitation, HACCP, OSHA, TSA, and Sodexo Live! procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the entire shift.
  • Immediately communicate safety, sanitation, equipment, or operational concerns.
  • Support other areas of the operation as needed.

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and carry supplies.
  • Lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Work safely in wet, hot, cold, and fast-paced kitchen environments.
  • Safely work around commercial kitchen equipment and approved cleaning products.
