Elevate your culinary career with Sodexo. At the Delta Sky Club inside Tampa International Airport, you’ll be part of a polished, professional kitchen delivering a premium dining experience to travelers who expect quality. We’re looking for cooks who take pride in their craft—people who move with purpose, care about presentation, and can keep up in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. If you’ve worked in strong kitchens and want something more refined and stable, this is a great next step.

What You Bring:

2+ years of professional cooking experience.
Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations.
Experience in upscale or hospitality-driven environments is a plus (hotels, lounges, catering, restaurants, private clubs).
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and execute hot and cold menu items with consistency.
Follow recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Support buffet service and high-volume service periods.
Contribute to a smooth, professional kitchen operation.

What Makes This Role Different:

Work in a premium, first-class lounge—not a typical restaurant setting.
Be part of a professional, well-supported culinary team.
Consistent workflow with a focus on quality over chaos.
Opportunity to grow within Sodexo’s nationwide network.

Benefits:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Paid time off.
401(k).
Career growth and advancement opportunities.
