PM Shift, full time, Wednesday-Sunday 4:45PM-12:45AM

What You’ll Need:

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

2+ years of culinary experience in upscale environments.
Experience in high-volume kitchens (hotels, fine dining, catering, country clubs, etc.)
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and prep standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining presentation and quality.
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of gourmet hot and cold dishes.
Execute recipes with precision and consistency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Support lounge service and catering during peak hours.
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Additional Requirements:

Knowledge of Asian cuisine and Chinese language preferred.
Ability to rotate around noodle bar, hot and cold food stations.
Comfortable interacting with guests.
Upscale customer service skills.
