About the Role:
Step into a leadership role within a premium, island-inspired hospitality environment. Sodexo Live! is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily operations within the Hawaiian Airlines Lounge.
In this role, you will oversee service execution, coach and support team members, and ensure each guest experience reflects the warmth, care, and attention to detail that define Hawaiian hospitality. You will play a key role in maintaining a polished, welcoming atmosphere while delivering seamless service to travelers from around the world.
Your Impact:
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee daily lounge operations and ensure smooth, efficient service flow
- Lead, coach, and motivate service teams to deliver elevated guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Partner with culinary and leadership teams to support operational excellence
- Act as a point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and care
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations within the lounge
- Coordinate team assignments and ensure coverage across service areas
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and company service standards
- Facilitate training and orientation for new employees
- Monitor service quality and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Work with guests to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and overall experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with leadership regarding operations and team performance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage or hospitality required
- Experience in upscale or premium environments preferred, hotels, lounges, fine dining, or resorts
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail and presentation
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong communication skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Must meet airport security requirements and be authorized to work in the U.S.
