Bring your culinary skills to a premium airport lounge inspired by Hawaiian hospitality. Sodexo Live! is hiring experienced Cooks to prepare fresh, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Reads recipes and/or product directions and assists in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods using a variety of kitchen utensils/equipment.
- Clean and sanitize work stations and production equipment.
- May have basic cooking responsibilities, i.e., cook vegetables, chicken for salads.
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional cooking experience required.
- Experience in high-volume or upscale environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
