Schedule:

About the Role:

Sodexo Live! is seeking a proactive and guest-focused Food & Beverage Runner to ensure seamless service and premium presentation of all culinary offerings. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy teamwork, and take pride in supporting an elevated guest experience.

As a Runner, you are critical in maintaining the flow of food and beverages, ensuring every guest interaction is polished, attentive, and reflective of the Sapphire brand.

Your Impact:
As a Food & Beverage Runner, you will:
  • Support culinary and F&B teams by delivering food and beverages efficiently and accurately to guest areas.
  • Ensure presentation standards are maintained for all menu items and service areas.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively assist in creating a seamless lounge experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in service areas.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and lounge teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport and deliver menu items to guest areas with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Restock service stations and ensure food and beverage items are visually appealing and replenished.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized work areas in compliance with Sodexo standards.
  • Assist with clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and supporting F&B team during service.
  • Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Participate in required training, safety briefings, and operational meetings.
  • Report any incidents, guest concerns, or operational issues promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service preferred.
  • Experience in upscale dining, hotels, lounges, or premium service environments strongly preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and adaptable to changing operational needs.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with premium lounge standards.
