Schedule:
- Open availability preferred.
- Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Shift times may adjust based on operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- May work anywhere on property where food is prepared or served.
- Assist in setup and service of food from counters and steam tables.
- Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.
- Perform general stocking duties in service areas.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations.
- Report to work on time and maintain consistent attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Your Impact:
As a Buffet Runner / Food Service Worker, you will:
- Support culinary and food service teams by ensuring timely setup and replenishment of buffet stations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas.
- Ensure all food displays meet presentation and quality standards.
- Assist in creating a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for guests.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and break down buffet and service stations.
- Replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
- Ensure all items are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all service areas.
- Assist with clearing tables and supporting overall lounge operations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and safety briefings.
- Report guest concerns or operational issues promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred.
- Experience in airport lounges, hotels, resorts, or high-volume service environments is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
